In one chart Argentina has deflation, in the next it has almost the highest inflation. What am I missing?
Hi - the first chart shows the change in the inflation rate. Inflation in Argentina fell by about 2 percentage points between q3 2019 and q3 2021 but still remains very high.

I.e. inflation rate in Argentina went from about 53.9% to 51.9%. The first chart shows that 2 percentage point change.
